Nelson MADUC Consulting manages the Vision Care Direct system in association with EyeDox.biz. We have helped over 20 states develop an IPA to manage the system in their state. The Nelson MADUC Consulting IPA Development Process

KNA Consulting contacts potential leaders in each state from among independent eye care professionals.   In collaboration with the leadership, a steering committee is formed to guide the process through legal formation and to identify potential owner members and participating providers.  After the formation, a Board of Managers is elected by the owner doctors to conduct administration of IPA affairs.  Typically, the steering committee is elected as the first Board of Managers.  The Board of Managers then elects officers such as President, Vice President, Treasurer, etc.
